1-on-1 Design Sessions for Your Arizona Wedding Invitations
Picture this: Sipping a latte at your favorite coffee shop while flipping through designs, touching luxurious handmade paper and sifting through color swatches of ribbons, wax seals and envelopes.
One-on-one we'll collaborate together on your custom invitation design and your wedding day-of items.

Ideally you want to begin your custom wedding stationery journey 10-12 months in advance to allow for save the dates & invitation designing.
If booking less than 6 months before your wedding date rush fees may apply depending on timelines.
STEP 1
Inquiry Form
Fill out the form in my contact tab and I'll send you a custom quote based on your stationery needs or you can select that we chat on the phone to discuss further. Once a quote is accepted, 50% of your total is required to move forward.
STEP 2
In-Person Design Session (or Zoom if not local to Arizona)
6-8 months from wedding date
We meet for coffee (or your fave drink!) and we dive into samples of paper, color swatches, printing types, wax seals, ribbons- all the things! Together we come up with a design for your wedding invitations and wedding brand (day-of items).
You'll LOVE this day!
STEP 3
Proofs
1-2 weeks after your design session
You'll receive online proofs to look over your entire suite and the individual pieces allowing me to make changes, corrections and updates.
STEP 4
Final Payment & Print
5-6 months before your wedding date
Once your final proof is approved your remaining balance is due. Next your design is sent to print. All invitations are professionally printed using your preferred printing method. Printing and shipping typically is a two week timeframe.
STEP 5
Assembly & Mailing
4-5 months before your wedding date
Once I receive your order I will assemble your invitations with all embellishments ordered- ribbon, vellum jackets, tassels, wax seals, envelope liners, etc. Once assembled, your invitations will be mailed to you to send to your guests.
STEP 6
First Impression
6-8 weeks before your wedding date
Your guests will receive their invitations in the mail and experience the first glimpse into your wedding, leaving them with anticipation and excitement!

FAQ's
How far out in advance do we need to book our custom invitations?
Ideally, 6+ months in advance before your wedding date. This gives us time to schedule our one-on-one, design, proof, print, assemble and then mail out 8 weeks in advance.
When do we start designing?
We can start designing your invitation together at your design appointment which. is scheduled once your deposit is paid. Generally about 6-5 months before your wedding date.
Do we actually work one-on-one in person?
Yes! About 80% of my couples prefer to meet in person to design their invitations. The other 20% have been out-of-state couples. Working together in person allows us to connect and review your vision. I get to know your love story and can incorporate that into your design. We also go through samples and build your design from scratch. Plus in person cuts down on the proofing rounds and it's a fun appointment! Like the cake tasting appointment.

What's the benefit of working with a stationer instead of ordering online?
So much! First and foremost, human connection. EVERYTHING is online now, let's bring it back in and connect with others to bring your design to life. I take the time during our appointment to get to know you, your story and your needs. Most of my couples aren't quite sure what they want and they can't find it online- so they search for a designer to create it for them. Plus, it's fun to do it in-person, touching and seeing all the options is fun and exciting. Also, you're supporting small businesses like myself. Your payment goes directly to my family and business.
How does payment work?
For clients more than 5 months from their wedding date, you have two payments: 50% at signing and the remaining balance when your final proof is approved. Clients booking under 5 months, 100% due at signing. There is a spot to pay with your card on the invoice online.
Do we sign a contract?
Yes you do. This protects you, the artwork and my business.
Do you offer other paper products for my wedding?
Yes! I call this "Wedding Branding". All of your day-of wedding items will be cohesive in color, fonts and shapes as your invitations. I offer seating charts, welcome signs, bar signs, place cards, menus, thank you cards, ceremony programs, table numbers, etc. You can view more here.
