Kiva Club Wedding: A Cohesive Wedding Day for Veronica & Brett

Veronica and Brett’s Kiva Club wedding in Trilogy of Vistancia was glamorous, joyful and full of cohesiveness within their wedding stationery details. Read on to see how Veronica and Brett's custom wedding invitations set the tone for their big day.

Kiva Club is the perfect Arizona wedding venue if you're looking to get married. The club house and event center at the Trilogy of Vistancia Golf Course is located in northern Peoria, Arizona, about 45 minutes from Phoenix. The ceremony space has panoramic views of desert mountains and lush green golf course landscape. One of their reception spaces is the Tewa Ballroom with large nano doors opening up towards the cocktail hour patio.

Kiva Club Wedding Day Details & Custom Invitations

As the wedding stationer for Veronica and Brett, I wanted to be sure that the tone for their glamorous wedding at Kiva Club was shown through their custom wedding invitations and throughout their wedding day stationery.

Their vibe was classic elegance and the colors were black, white, champagne and gold. The bride wanted her custom invitations to have black paper with white text and gold leaf foiling along the corners. We added a custom wax seal with their monogram for extra personalization and texture.

Kiva Club Wedding - Ceremony Event Lawn

The couple exchanged their vows on Kiva Club's wedding event lawn. Their ceremony was sweet and simple with white rose petals down the aisle and a champagne linen draped on Kiva Club's arch that comes with the ceremony space. The backdrop is a gorgeous lush hedge wall. Behind the hedge are the desert mountains that your guests will see while walking towards the ceremony upon arrival.

To keep their wedding day stationery cohesive with their custom invitations, we decided that their welcome sign would mimic the main invitation card. We kept the black background, white text, script font and even the gold leaf corners.

Kiva Club Wedding - Reception & Details

The Tewa Ballroom holds up to 150 guests and has a large built in dance floor. The tables were draped with champagne satin linens and a mix of tall and short luscious florals.

The grand entrance was certainly a surprise! When the bride and groom walked in with their beer bong everyone knew it was going to be a fun night!

For the sweetheart table, Veronica wanted this to stand out and be romantic. Deidre from Dei-Zinz Fresh Studio (florist) added in black taper candles in vases for a moody and romantic touch.

I just absolutely love that the gold leaf that we had on the invitations is seen here on the wedding cake. A perfect way to continue the cohesive look! This stunning cake was created by Silver Rose Bakery.

Kiva Club Wedding - Reception Stationery

Instead of menus at each place setting, the bride and groom decided to have “thank you notes” for each guest. We changed up the color of the paper but kept the same font for a cohesive look. Lastly we added the wax seal from their wedding invitations to their thank you notes to tie it all together.

Veronica and Brett had local calligrapher, Bri, from Penned and Pretty, create their custom seating chart on a mirror. Bri mimicked the script font from the invitations and recreated the monogram we designed for their wax seals.

The newlyweds ended the fun night with a private last dance and a sparkler exit with their guests.
