Save the Date Collection
This is a physical and tangiable product, not a download. You will receive your save the date plus white envelopes for mailing.
Save the dates are printed on 110# smooth paper. In layman's terms, luxurious quality paper. Other paper types are available if requested. Just ask!
All save the dates are professionally and digitally printed in color. Please be aware that colors may be different on your screen than when you receive them in person.
You'll receive one-on-one service with me once payment is accepted. We can personalize your save the dates and make them more unique to you such as changing the colors or format depending on your selected engagement photo.
STEP ONE: Selection
Select your design. All designs are customizable to your personalized details and most designs are customizable to your wedding colors.
STEP TWO: Proofing
Once your purchase is completed, we will send you a questionnairre so you can submit your personal details. You can expect your proofs within one week.
STEP THREE: Mailing
Once your final proof is approved, you'll receive your printed invitations via mail within 7-10 business days of the final proof. You will be responsible to "stuff" and stamp your envelopes and mail out to your guests.
Shipping is a flat rate of $15 for all invitation orders- added on after the proofing phase. Rush fees may apply if order is needed within 3 weeks.
Orders are shipped from our printer within 7-10 days of your proof approval.
Cancellation/COVID-19 Cancellation. Should any of the described Services be canceled by the Client, the Client must provide a written Notice by either email or mail to the Vendor with 3 days of verbal cancellation. Client or Vendor may cancel this agreement for whichever reason they choose. If Client cancels agreement, Client agrees to forfeit all collected monies, retainers and deposits. Unpaid balances will be waived by Vendor. If Vendor cancels agreement, Vendor agrees to refund collected monies, retainers and deposits unless described otherwise for damaged losses such as costs or difficulty of Client. unpaid balances will be waived. Monies collected are non-refundable if design has not gone to print. If cancellation occurs, completed design and artwork is owned solely by Vendor and may not be taken to another designer to recreate.
Postponement/COVID-19 Postponement. This agreement's Service date may be postponed if both parties agree to a written amendment. Should any of the described Services be postponed by the Client, the Client must provide a written Notice by either email or mail to the Vendor within 3 days of verbal postponement. All other terms and policies of this agreement will apply to new date with a signed amendment. Monies collected are non-refundable but are transferable if design has not gone to print. If design has not gone to print, retainer and/or deposits may be applied toward future booking if within one (1) year of postponement. If design has been sent for print, reprints will be an additional cost. New or additional fees may apply. The new Agreement must be signed within thirty (30) days of written Notice or all collected monies will be non-transferable and will be retained entirely by Vendor.
